   (adult)		   Female     Follicular = 72 - 529 pmol/L                            Male = <146 pmol/L
                    Midcycle = 235 - 1309 pmol/L
                    Luteal = 205 - 786 pmol/L
                    Post menopausal = <118 pmol/L
   Reference ranges
   (paediatric)		    Usually < 60 pmol/L in both sexes. In females the levels increase around 11 yrs 
   reflecting onset of cyles. Increase seen in male at puberty reflecting peripheral 
   aromatisation of testosterone.
